Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of the Russian National Security Council, on Friday, the "Russian-American" relations, and press spokesman for the Russian Presidency (Kremlin) Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian President held an executive meeting today in the Kremlin with the permanent members of the Security Council Russian National.

He continued: "Moscow does not yet know about Washington's reaction to the proposal of Russian President Vladimir Putin to hold a dialogue on the air between the leaders of the two countries."
