Matrouh governorate celebrates orphan's day, distributes gifts and organizes an entertainment party for children

The lens of the "seventh day" monitored the celebration of the Matrouh Governorate, today, Friday, the Day of the Orphan, and the organization of an entertainment day, in the Ghazala Park in front of the General Office of the province, in the presence of Major General Khaled Shuaib, Governor of Matrouh, and the participation of more than 120 children, and a number of institutions and associations, and officials of the concerned authorities in the governorate .

In-kind gifts were distributed to the participating orphan children, two iPads for two girls, and meals for the children, with singing performances and a display of the skirt, amid great joy from the children and their families.

Ahmed Ramadan, director of Al-Ghazala Park in Matrouh, confirmed that a celebration was organized with the participation of a large number of volunteers, and an entertainment day was organized for orphans, and meals and gifts were distributed to them, in the presence of the governor.

Artistic performances, skirt dances, and a tour inside the park, which includes a mini zoo, were also organized.

The director of the park, affiliated to the governorate, gave an explanation of its components, as there is a mini zoo, which includes a number of parrots, pigeons, monkeys, birds, and ostriches, and the park also includes a children's cinema, and a section dedicated to children's amusement parks.
