Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Hassan Diab told Reuters on Tuesday that the government could keep some support until June.
Lebanon cannot keep fuel subsidies after March, Diab said.
French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian had warned Lebanese politicians of the dangers of the collapse of Lebanon, at a time when Lebanon is suffering an unprecedented economic and social crisis, and Le Drian also warned that if Lebanon collapses, it will be a disaster for the Lebanese, Palestinian and Syrian refugees, and the entire region. There is time to move before it's too late.
